Requirements for
Pet Adoption
  
Be 18 years of age, and have a valid ID with current address.
  
Have the knowledge and
consent of all adults living
in your household.
  
Have your landlord's name
and telephone and proof
of pet ownership approval.
  
Sign an Adoption Agreement
(see the link above to view)
 
Pay a tax-deductible adoption
fee (varies per pet) that goes
back to rescue efforts.
 
Agree to a possible house
check before adoption.
 
Supply Vet and/or personal references if requested.
